Our farm

Gord and his brother Rob purchased this 50 acre farm in 2009.  They have renovated the barn to accommodate horses, established a market garden, built a greenhouse, planted over 1000 trees, built a mobile hen house and now have made the entire farm organic.

We grow without synthetic sprays or inputs.  We use a system of land management practices that build self-sustaining ecological cycles to grow food rather than creating one that relies heavily on inputs.  We are improving our soil and increasing resilience of the farm as a whole.

Rob Mackay

A natural educator, Rob has a passion for guiding others toward regenerative and low-input agricultural practices, prioritizing soil health and holistic land management systems.  He continues to work full time on the farm looking after the perennial garden, the hens and trees.
